This is a reproduction of the hard-to-find box containing five morphine syrettes that were part of many medical field kits.Â
The box is completely assembled with the interior divider and a self-adhesive narcotic tax label is included with each box.Â
The label is the version with the extra text stating that it is made for the U.S. Army Medical Department.
